Love at first sight!

People who believe in love at first sight, this is not for you!

I dedicate this post for all those people who never wanted to believe in the amazing phenomenon of Love at first sight or Instant love.. People who thought they were rational and smart enought to reject any thoughts of falling in love, thinking that they are not the ones who keep their hearts in their sleeves.

If this post makes them feel that they have done nothing but lost all the beautiful opportunities of meeting their special one by ignoring their heart and the messages given by GOD himself, then do not think that its just a sheer coincidence instead it’s the 24 karat pure foolishness which they had shown.

I truly believe in Love at first sight… I am not saying that its true for all, just because a person like me who is so enlightened and learned is saying so.. I do have some theories to support my view. Theories which shall be understood by a mixture of rationale and emotions. Prof. Carl Jung, a well known and extra-ordinary psychoanalyst, had come up with the theory of Archetypes. Among the archetypes which he had talked about, two are called Anima and Animus. Where Anima is the feminine image in a man’s psyche, Animus is the masculine image in a woman’s psyche. Every human being irrespective of the gender is essentialy a mixture of both these archetypes, which means a Man has a woman’s image inside him and vice versa.

Now, whenever we experience love at first sight, it means we have found someone that ‘fills’ our anima or animus archetype particulary well. When I saw her for the first time, I sincerely felt that she is the who shall make me feel complete. I could see my reflection in her and that was not just a feeling, it was an experience. An experience which I didn’t ignore.. A message which I knew had come from my personal unconscious. All the human beings in the world are connected through the collective conscious which also explains the phenomena of the ‘Deja Vu’ experiences. Its only the EGO which separates all of us.

This doesn’t mean that you cant fall in love more than once. You may meet three different people and might just fall in love at the first sight with all of them because there is a high probability that your Anima or Animus might match with so many people. Ultimately, its all about following your heart and seeing your reflection in the other person.

Ignore your heart and the feeling shall fade away…

Follow your heart, let the feeling of love prevail and it will take you to a world which you shall have never imagined. I am still in that world.. How many of you can i find there?

The lifeafter…

You asked me one day, ‘Why do you love me so much when you know the future of our relationship?’

Even thought the question irritated me to the core because I had always thought that true love does not depend on the end result.. For true lovers the ecstasy lies in the process and not the outcome but you being you wanted a logical answer….

I am glad I found the answer in the Holy Quran… the ONE says.. “If you truly love somebody then don’t feel sad if you fail to be with the person in the journey of life on earth… because it’s included in all the promises that I make to you, that you shall be with the person in the lifeafter.. the life that shall never end.. the life during which that person won’t be taken away from you…”

I am loving you for the lifeafter… The life that shall never end.. the life which would be million times better than this mortal one.. cos there you shall be mine forever and ever… cos there we shall be One…

Lemme prove it to the ULTIMATE ONE, that I have never loved anybody so much in my entire life and this love shall never fade away… that my love has been and will always be limitless cos the day my love fades away, my existence shall follow the same..

I can’t wait to die… Needless to say the rest of my life seems a burden to me now

Mohabbat Baaki… Yaar Zinda

This is an Urdu phrase which means “Till the time the Love for that special one remains in your heart, nobody in this world can take her/him away from you… If not physically then mentally she/he shall always stay in you as a part of your soul”

I think this clearly explains us why it becomes so difficult for us to forget or come out of something.. because we never let the love to be siezed. And this love for that special one acts as a potion and nurtures her/his presence within us. The simple reason why its difficult for all of us to overcome the break-up or rejection is just the fact that we still love the person. As the intensity drops down, the level of potion also goes down and finally the lucky ones are able to get out of it.

Ironically, even after getting this ‘Insight’ my heart still releases loads of potion for my special one and that too at regular intervals. I am still waiting for my heart to start looking beyond her… I dont want to fall in love again but I just want to be myself once again..

I want to travel, read books, meet new people, sing aloud, dance till i drop…. and write.. write more about her and the time which we spent together… I think I still love her… ya i do.. Look I just recieved my daily dosage of potion.. I feel complete now…  Mohabbat Baaki Yaar Zinda!

Why I Love You?

 Hope you’re reading this!! Well here are some of the reasons why I love you so much.

1.) I love you because you take the time to make me feel appreciated.

2.) Because you’re in my thoughts from morning till night and in my dreams as well.

3.) Because You make my life feel complete.

4.) Because the way you trust me.

5.) Because the way you support me.

6.) Because the way you care for me.

7.) Because my Eyes Sparkle everytime I look at you.

My Heart

 I feel proud to confess that you are the most precious gift ALLAH has bestowed me with. I will never condemn you or criticize you. Nor will I ever be ashamed of what you say because I know whatever you say is so pure and righteous. I know you are unanswerable to this society or any other person in that sense. I want you to behave the way you want. Don’t try and listen to the brain, it’s so mathematical.  

I know that you are a beloved child of ALLAH, and that He protects you within a glorious and loving radiance. 

“I believe in you, my heart. I’ll always be at your side, and I will always ask for blessing in my prayers.  I will always ensure that you find all the help and support you need from my other parts. I know the brain is very rude to you sometimes and will surely ask him to behave.”   

“I believe in you, my heart.  I believe that you will share your love with anyone who needs or deserves it.  That my path is your path, and that we will walk together to the Almighty ALLAH.” 

“I ask for your trust in me. I want you to know that I love you and that I am trying to give you all the freedom you need to continue beating joyfully in my Body.  I will do everything I can so that you never feel uncomfortable with my presence surrounding you.” 

Remember, you are not bound to any chains or bondages, you are free to love anybody you want, you don’t have to think of any limits, I give you all the liberty to love and be loved. Because I feel that it is the very reason why ALLAH put you inside me.

What is Love?

Love is a feeling which many people say cannot be described in simple words. I would try to describe love in different ways, the way I have felt, experienced and deciphered love.

Love is give and take, share and care, laugh and cry, live and die.. Being loved is a superb feeling but more than that to love somebody without asking for anything is even better.

Love is meeting a girl for the first time, looking deep into her eyes and saying to yourself, “Ya, she is the one whom I was waiting for so long”

Love is when you shed a tear and still want her, it’s when she ignores you and you still love her, it’s when she loves another man but you still smile and say I’m happy for you, when all you really do is cry.

Love is hearing a storm forecast and wishing to spend it in the bed with your partner.

Love is holding hands, love is caressing each other, love is nibbling the ears, love is the long walk which you take with your partner without saying anything to each other.

Love is recieving a call from an anonymous number where the caller doesn’t say anything but you know that’s your partner because you could hear her heartbeat.

Love is kissing your partner the whole night and wishing that the sun may never rise.

Love is giving a fair chance to your lover to walk off the realationship when you thought everything was going smooth.

Love is embracing your partner so closely that you tend to become one.

Love is being so close to each other that you can feel each other’s warm breath but still not kiss cos ur enjoying the thrill…

Love is waking up in mid of the night and kissing your partner passionately as if that is the last night of your life.

How to manage Failure in Love!

At least, once in our lifetime, each one of us has suffered the agony and pain of the breakup of an important love relationship. Indeed, it’s one of the most traumatic of human experience and surviving it makes you even stronger. You can’t sleep, can’t eat and can’t do anything because he or she’s all you can ever think of. Whatever may be the reason, you keep repeating your heartbreak mantra, “Why did it happen to me?” “What If” as you succumb to a series of hysterical crying fits. Some people need a shoulder to cry, some prefer it alone, but everybody cries. Some people assume that they are not the one who would mourn or cry but their heart knows it better. The pain can be so strong that it penetrates each and every fiber of our being. It’s the vacuum which gets created due to the absence of somebody ‘Special’ in our life. Even after months of the breakup, we often find ourselves stuck in the bed grieving over our lost love. The amount of investment in terms of emotions, time, energy, faith and hope in that relationship haunts us. Everywhere we go we are reminded of our lost love- A face in crowd, a distant voice, somebody’s behavior, a song, a phrase used often by your loved one, the fragrance which your loved one used to wear. And above all, the letters, the poetry, the gifts, the scribbles exchanged between you and her/him becomes a burden to you. You can’t bear to keep them in front of your eyes and you can’t even throw them away or burn them. The mere thought of throwing or burning these things, which were once the most precious things for you, makes you tremble.  Ironically, when you plan to go for a trip to get rid of the hangover, you are reminded of the time you spent with each other at some or the other place. Whenever you see a couple deeply in love with each other, your memories are reinforced.  And then there are the haunting doubts. If the breakup came after a long and painful decision on your part, you constantly ‘replay’ the conversations and constantly revaluate your stand. You constantly question your decision. And if by any chance, you did something in a weak moment to cause the breakup, you may be left with extra pain and burden of remorse and guilt piled up on top of the pain of separation.  But enough is enough. And Puhleeez pay attention to what I have to say.The most important thing is to keep in mind at this point of time is that it happens to everyone and life does go on. As someone like me who has gone through a series of heart breaks, I can say that as tough as things may look, eventually the pain and hurt do dissipate. There was a life before her and there is certainly a life after her (Him in case of women). These are the life defining moments, when you wake up and realize that you can stand on your own again. But I know everybody is not as tough or may be as seasoned as I am, so I respect everybody’s healing process.  All said and done, let’s see what best we can do in order to come over the heartbreak.  The Do’s during a heart break v      Lose it- Moan, Sob, Just vent it out. Let it hang out. Cry your heart out. Talk to your meaningful friends and tell them your heartaches for the 25^th time. Write horrible poetry. Wallow in self pity. v      Accept it, what you can’t change- If you were the one who took the decision then understand the situation in which you took the decision. Respect your decision. And if the other person was the one who took the decision then realize that there was nothing you could do to save the relationship. v      You’re not alone- Remember right now there are thousands of people around you who are going through the same pain and agony of separation. Look out for your best friend; he/she might be the one who’s in the same boat. v      Work it out- Put your positive attitude at work and head to a gym for some 30-minute work out a day. Exercise will make you feel and look good as it helps pump out endorphins, the body’s natural chemicals that make you feel strong and oozing with sex appeal. Now you know how I manage this well chiseled body and sex appeal. v      Pretend if necessary-Get out and show the world that you’re not an emotional wreck. Crack a smile and show those off-whites or pearly whites. After good practice of pretences, you’ll find yourself doing all these naturally.  v      Close the Door-Don’t be a fool for love. If he/she calls you and asks for one more chance or tells you that he/she has someone new but wants to stay friends, don’t buy him. You’ll end up believing subconsciously that there is still something left in him/her for you when the truth is, there’s none. False hopes mean NOTHING at all, mind you. v      Move on-An end of relationship doesn’t mean an end of you. Just look around there are so many suitors for you. I won’t mind mingling with any of you ladies, if being with me can sooth you a bit. I strictly believe in social service.  v      Change is the answer-Change the environment. Take all the things down, the gifts, the pictures, everything which reminds you of his or her and put it in a box and place it as far as possible from you. Try rearranging the furniture in your room (Trust me it works wonders!).  “AND THIS TOO SHALL PASS” Remember as the time passes, things would change completely. Your whole perspective for things would change. Avoid the reminders. Don’t constantly replay the conversations you may have had while the break up. Make a COMPLETE and Clean break. Wounds will heal faster if you don’t risk constantly reopening them. We need to work on ‘Emotional Dependency’. Although she was important to me but I never allowed her to be absolutely essential for my happiness. Getting Inspired? 

Let’s face it: Break-ups aren’t fun, but with a little time you will realize that your life is better than before. Don’t give up on love and remember with every tear, you’ll have fifty smiles coming your way. For sure, loving someone is a huge risk which we all take. What’s a life without love? So live and love. After all there is no joy without pain and no bliss without hell.
